Efforts to Put out a Fire in Neighboring Apartment Cause Water Damage in Glendale, CA

A neighboring apartment complex to this Glendale apartment unfortunately caught on fire and in an effort to put it out the water utilized seeped into the unit displayed-via window framing and the roof. Consequently, our team had to remove acoustic ceiling, insulation, and double layered walls. Drying equipment was then installed by SERVPRO La Puente/City of Industry West experienced technicians. The moisture levels were monitored right on schedule and once the water damaged areas were completely dry the equipment was picked up. The insured was pleased with the timely fashion in which our team got the job done.
